Hi lovely ladies/moms/parents:
I have been thinking a lot about My Mood. I have noticed that the seasons effect my mood significantly as well as(of course), everyday living and the challenges of life.
Life is beautiful and it can be very hard. Yoga has been a saving grace for me in many ways. Last week our wonderful leader/guru/teacher... taught this posture/pose called Breath of Joy. I know it might seem funny to do but I have been doing it around the house. There is something about this pose that just injects.. energy into the system. Honestly I feel joyous and find myself laughing when done.
Life is really good right now. I am working on my license to become a Licensed Counselor/Coach. I find myself very interested in mind/body connection and helping people through life transitions( especially Moms). More to come of course..

Hi Gigi!! Oh, so missing you. I should look into the Yoga class here at the why, since we are members and all. I agree with seasons and moods. Sending my love and a HUGE hug to you. -T
